The location is perfect for getting around without a car in Palm Springs. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and clubs. We had a great time and look forward to returning."

"Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids."

"This property has been taken over by Hilton. The pool and spa areas were in good shape. The interior of our unit was in need of some repairs and was fairly spartan. But it was comfortable."

"The condo is nicely decorated with tastefully colorful art and furnishings, including a 4 foot Shag numbered print. It was comfortable to live in for several days and listed in an area with easy access to Palm Canyon Drive. It's quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the area foothills from the large balcony."

"I took my daughters and one of their friends to Disney as a Christmas present. I was looking for an alternative to having multiple hotel rooms. This was a perfect solution. Great location to the park and we walked the route each day. The unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. A great value."

"Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"This accommodation surpassed all of our expectations! It was top of the line with every little detail thought of. Check in was super easy. Location was great (walking distance to downtown in the cooler temps, not mid-day) The property manager was kind and attentive. We had no issues but I feel like he would have been on top of things asap if we had. "The trip was put off to a very bad start. Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly."

"Place is ok. Biggest downside is the toilet is too tight and the lighting is poor. I don't really like property managers because they are not personable. Got locked out once because of a faulty lock. Great location."
