"Absolutely loved this property. We spent most of our time outside relaxing in the yard - sometimes around the fire pit. We also loved walking the trail system that circles the lagoon that is right by the property. The house had everything we needed and was well appointed. I had trouble opening the door - my fault! and the host responded very promptly. No other issues at all. The most relaxing trip. I am already trying to see when we can come back. Thank you!!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The house was very nice, three large bedrooms, nice big kitchen, the bathroom was nice and the beds were super comfy. We had seven people for Friendsgiving and we had everything we needed to cook. The house is just down the street from a beautiful beach that has a parking lot. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!"

"If we stayed again I wouldn’t bother paying the extra $100 a day for the pool to be heated. It was still very cold for an extra $500. Other than that, the house was great for our family. We would stay again, for sure."

"We very much enjoyed our stay, being right across the street from the beach was very nice. My son was thrilled there was a boogie board and a wetsuit to use. Close to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The only hiccup was the listing says 3 bedrooms, which technically it is but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room like you would expect. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, my family and I will stay here again. We loved our trip!!"

"The property has high ceilings, and is very spacious. The kitchen and living room are upstairs with two of the three bedrooms and fits in perfect. The master bedroom has a direct view of the ocean and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the property. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and shower. The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted. "We completely enjoyed our stay here in Carlsbad! This home is truly a jewel and has everything we needed for our 6 week-stay. The location was so convenient to shopping, walking trails and amazing restaurants and the beach was withiin a 10 minute drive. The backyard is a perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and socialize with family and friends. John and Sharon are wonderful hosts and pro-active without being invasive! We hope to stay here again for future visits to North County San Diego!"
