“Excellent experience in this hotel,very close to the Disney land ,we can see the fireworks in our room,and the free water park gave us so many fun. I love this hotel,if I come again, it should be my first choice.”

“This was our 3rd visit in 3 years and we were kind of disappointed with our stay. There was exposed tack strip in our room that went from our bedroom to tile floor. Not safe for anyone. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard and a dirty spatula in a drawer. (dried food from someone else) The refrigerator ran for most of the night (very annoying) The ice cream in the freezer slightly melted, but we loved the staff and the location is awesome. ”

“上楼没有电梯不方便老人和带孩子，因为老人腿脚不便，孩子有童车需要上下，如果再有个自助的餐厅更好，这样可以随时去吃很方便”

“Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is……

“Unbeatable location for the trade show but dated furnishings. The air conditioner duct is pretty dusty and I wish there’s a lower fan speed for sleep. The sound insulation could be improved from hallways. On the plus side, the mattress is pretty good, firm and supportive. ”

“Bar staff was not very hospitable. The gentleman from what I found out later shift was over, I would not have gone over to the bar had I not been told it was OK to ask him. It took him less than 30 seconds to walk around to the other side and hand it to me. Parking was terrible.”
