"The Lodge was spectacular and the staff friendly, professional, and helpful. Within hours of arrival, they knew our names. The room was large, private, clean and very comfortable with a large deck overlooking the rainforest, a huge bathroom and our own private hot tub. We did many activities through the lodge (hiking, yoga, night walk, bird watching tour) and the guides were excellent. The food was delicious and very fresh. Each dish was beautifully plated and generous. 5 stars!"

"This place is a hidden gem! The rustic cabins are well maintained and clean. A short walk from the cabin and you arrive at the restaurant where the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The hosts were so nice and helpful, making suggestions for our hikes and other options for dinner (although we ate on site 4 times it was so good). "Wow! Just wow! We will definitely be back! This place is inspiring. What a Gem! We had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel the founder and just in the brief encounter I understood why this place is so magical…. It starts with a vision and it becomes a mission! Staff were amazing and it was nice to see a team that worked together and did so happily. No one looked tired or overworked it felt like they felt were proud to work there, they were proud about working for a company that cares about their flora and fauna. We were fortunate to see the beginning of their garden project and are looking forward to returning to see it finalized. Our trip to Costa Rica is not over … and I am happy to report I feel re energized both physically and spiritually! Do not miss the opportunity to visit Rio Perdido Hotel! "
