"The staff was terrific. Everyone was personable and helpful. That made for a pleasant stay. I hung my towels up so they could be reused, but received new towels each day. Also, my soap was replaced after one day’s use. I would have been ok with using the same towels and soap. Good food also. Gelato was terrific treat each night. "

"Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back. There was only a few things I didn’t care was 1 you couldn’t have a microwave in the room they said it was a fire hazard which I could understand. 2 the shower head in our hotel was jank. 3 the restaurant in the hotel were super expensive. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. "
