Location is Ok. Breakfast is not that great since it starts at 6:00am to 9:00am we were there like 7:30am and no more milk, waffles mix, breads, eggs, oatmeal etc. We have to ask the front desk to refill the waffles mix. I hope they continue serving breakfast until 9:00am not on a first come first serve basis.

Beware, dirty rooms, bad service, unsafe parking lot. Loud nights And no swimming. No coffee in rooms. Vending machine broken. Horrible service.

Clean, quiet property. Stayed one night for work. The refrigerator wasn't on/pre cooled (it works off a switch at the door). I would guess the cleaning staff turns all switches off.

Our room was not clean. The comforter on the bed as well as the mattress cover were stained yellow. The lights in the vanity area dind t work, and a large crack in the bath tub.

plumbing issues....the sink tap was very difficult to use. The carpet was really dirty...in between the beds looked like it has not been cleaned in some time. The breakfast...no waffle batter and the coffee was like the filter had been used a couple of times. We have stayed here before but will not return.

Customer service great. Door to pet area was exit only. Parking lot unsafe for vehicles due to shopping carts being left. Found shopping cart at rear of my vehicle in morning done damage to bumper and trunk lid. No one at desk to ask to see security video.

Hope things change
The parking lot in the rear of the hotel had a burned out light so it was completely dark. That area is where the dog relief area was…so unsafe! The back door was also out of order so you had to prop it in order to get back in and there was a broken window opening up to the parking lot. There was a door also in the front area of the hotel also out of order. So unsafe. Other guests were smoking in the hallway and ignored noise rules, requiring us to call the front desk for help with noise at 11pm and a blaring tv at 3am. We could see that upgrades were happening…but it was so difficult to relax and trust the hotel.

First thing i noticed is that the mini fridge and microwave were off and the outlet didnt work, causing mold to grow in mini fridge. The bath tub had rust pooring out of the faucet for a good 20 seconds. The free breakfast had waffles which were pretty good but there was no eggs or sausage in the heating pot made for them and there was no milk for the cereal.

The rooms we had reserved were very dirty ( hair in the bed, toilet was plugged, refrigerator was dirty and didn't work)! The man at the desk felt very bad and offered us new rooms. We really appreciated his attitude and took him up on the offer! The new rooms were dirty also. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean before night! We don't plan to stay there again.
