Property is on the water- if you pay for an ocean view room- it's extremely nice. The esthetic of the room was fun too... a bit of a play on mid-century. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Bad: The check in lobby smelled like sewage and clover. Could be a fluke thing but it was smelly. The carpets in the hotel walkway need to be steamed badly. Could here neighboring room talking and music.

Clean, great location. Overall the hotel is dated, floor slopes, huge gap under the door. Most important, people need to stay somewhat quiet after 10pm and before 8am. Children shouldn’t be yelling and playing in the hallway at 7:30am.
