"Great central city location. We loved the pool and spa. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as the room seemed in need of a more deep clean ie. under beds, bathroom mirror, bathroom tiles. Guest in the room above us kept us awake with loud stomping for hours on one of the nights. One lift was out of order but there were two others. Well equiped kitchen but would have been nice to have a few more utensils etc and a tea towel to be able to use it properly. On-site parking is $40 valet only,...

"Easy check in and underfloor heating in the bathroom was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The location was really good. The stairway up to the upper level was filthy. The curtains in the lounge area were falling down. Not the cheapest either, but all in all it was a good stay."

That's 4 nights stay, but only had our apartment vacuumed once, but on the whole, the ladies did a wonderful job replenishing the essentials in the apartment. Thank you to them for looking after us well."
