"Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend. "

"Very central city Wellington location. We had a bigger room, which was welcome. Bathroom is a bit old-style and tired, but the room and bed were comfortable. Clearly issues with the lifts. There are two elevators for the hotel spread out over ~20 floors, used by customers and cleaning crew. To move around one needs to insert your room keycard, and in one lift the reader was very unreliable. Often found people travelling the floors trying to get the reader to work (this slows the system down...

"Great central city location. We loved the pool and spa. Cleanliness could have been a bit better as the room seemed in need of a more deep clean ie. under beds, bathroom mirror, bathroom tiles. Guest in the room above us kept us awake with loud stomping for hours on one of the nights. One lift was out of order but there were two others. Well equiped kitchen but would have been nice to have a few more utensils etc and a tea towel to be able to use it properly. On-site parking is $40 valet only,...
