"The property had regulations requesting guests to obey the quiet time past 10 p.m. In the middle of the night someone was digging through the trash cans, picking up the bottles. This echoed entire building, woke us up and disturbed for good 45 min. this was not a pleasant experience, providing that we had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the flight."
"The front desk has very limited hours, which complicates things like getting wifi access. They also sent an email saying I owed a certain amount upon arrival, but then charged my credit card for the amount without any notification of doing so."
"Great little hotel with a bar.
Looked after us well in the horrendous conditions we have currently with the corona virus.
Very best of luck and hope you reopen again soon."
"It was very easy to get to. Breakfast was plentiful.
They were happy to look after our luggage until our flight - friendly man. Close to the airport and city and transport links 2 minutes away.
However it did say that we would have an ensuite bathroom but although we had our own bathroom for our room you had to go down the corridor to it"
"I should have seen the signs not to book this place! First there was all kinds of trouble running my credit card and I had to call Germany to sort it out on my dime.(though they were nice)- but when we got there: First there was graffiti all over the front doors- looked like a gang place. Once through the outer locks you go thru a courtyard to a dark stairwell ( felt unprotected) no elevator- up to second floor. Walked in, nice wood floors, but the couch my kids were supposed to sleep on was...

"Literally next to main station. My room faced the courtyard and had no noise at all. Which I value. Also, the rooms in the first floor require using your key card to get in the hallway of the rooms, adding extra security.
The breakfast is buffet with a very large variety of options. It may get crowded and there could be a line to get in at certain peak times.
It is not far by foot from the main attractions - 20 min or so to the Brandenburg Gate and then start touring.
Most certainly would stay again - if they keep their prices affordable.
