"Overall it was fine. There are no close convenient stores or similar so the “not so stocked” kitchen can’t be utilized for a 3-day stay. Frustrating that there is not a close spot to get the essentials. One of the appliances didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"This is the absolute best place to stay if you are looking to be in Philly for a few days. The space was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. The pillows in the bed were the best I’ve ever had. The area is safe and you are close to so much. "

"I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes.
