"My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived."

"The only issue we had with the property was that it had multiple steps to gain entry. When we booked we were under the impression that there was only 2 steps but upon arrival we found we had 2 then another 5-6 to get to the unit. The challenge was that my wife was in a wheel chair and that was a challenge. Once inside she could navigate pretty well but coming in and out of the unit was not what we had expected. There are a few updates that were needed like frig with rust on the out side of it...

"The property was perfect size for me and my husband. We had great, easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time! The only suggestion I have is to let guests know they need to supply their own shower soap and tissues. Otherwise we were really happy with everything!"

"We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's."

"Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!"

"The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again."

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the Pelican Beach Villa! This villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. Stunning views of the Edisto river. Just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The wildlife was incredible. We even had some deer come by as we were sitting on the covered porch. Highly recommend this villa! Thanks for having us! 😊"

"It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with. "The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. "
