“This stay was everything I expected and more. I could just step off the boat and be fishing in seconds. We caught 11 different kinds of fish and the crab pot yielded 8 stone crabs. We ate out at Bowen's Island Restaurant and the Crab Shack at Folly Beach both just a few miles away. We just had door dash bring us dinner our last night and sat out on the boat and enjoyed the surrounding salt marsh and river. There is no doubt I'll be staying there again on my next visit to Charleston. Best Stay……

“The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……
