For me the worst issue is by far there are only bathrooms in the rooms. So if you are drinking in the common areas and need to use the restroom, you can only go to your room, and if someone is showering, you might not be able to pee for 30 minutes. I heard nothing back and again stated the late check in on the app. The Hostel has "247" in it's name! They would not let us in. We were 2 older men traveling together and were now stuck in a dangerous area at 2 am. We ended up buying bus passes and riding the transit system until 7 am, then went back at 8 am and waited...
