Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out...

"We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "

"Very different than any hotel I've ever stayed at. But it was very cool and clean. They also provided earplugs which was thoughtful since it's located a loud and high traffic area. Location was very convenient and walkable. Trevi Fountain was 7min walk, and colosseum was 15min walk. Great restaurants nearby (even non-tourist trap ones)"

"The central location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see - the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican and Colosseum. Quite noisy on the Friday night with a party going on in the apartment opposite, but this wouldn't be a problem in colder weather with the door closed."

"Great location (10' walk to Piazza Navona and 15' to St Peter). Great views on the Tiber river. Large, comfortable, stylish living room with open kitchen, large bedroom with ample closet space, rather large bathroom, small shower, generous toiletries. Sofa doubles as full size bed but it had crumbles under couch seats (when open) and mattres was not very ergonomic."

"The location of the apartment is great and having bathrooms for each bedroom was a treat after traveling through Italy. Clean and modern in design, the rooms were also spacious. What was a surprise was that these are 3 bedrooms off a hallway with the front of the suite functioning as a business office. There is no common living space. Dissapointed at this price point."

"Beautiful spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Transportation set up to and from the property was excellent. Could walk to many of Rome main attractions. The apartment provided privacy for a couple and a single person with the 2bedrooms. Kitchen with coffee included was great. Balcony, living space, and WiFi all good. The elevator was appreciated for our bags since we were on the 5th floor. Minor broken towel bar. "
