"Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. "We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area."

"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. "We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....

"My friends and I loved our stay here! We wanted a weekend getaway outside of LA and this was perfect. The space was clean, bright, and beautiful. The amenities were great - pool, jacuzzi, and we would’ve loved to use the spa/sauna but the key didn’t allow us access for some reason ): Still was a super relaxing time.
