"Beautiful , Unique , Peaceful , Country farm experience ! The quarters were clean and nicely decorated . It is actually the private downstairs of their large , beautiful home .We loved the fireplace in the evenings . The very nice owners were a pleasure to meet and very responsive and accommodating . We have new friends now ! They offered us a tour of the farm with horse stable and 9 horses at the time , goats that they milked , chickens that they harvested eggs from , cats , dogs and puppies...

"The home and the gardens are truly lovely. The owner really made us feel welcome. They also had a bunch of sporting equipment (basketball, baseball gloves, etc.) that the kids adored playing with. The kids also loved to be able to hurl duck food at the ducks. The house is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely go back."

"We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog. The hot tub pictured is not the same one as is now on the property but worked fine."

"This house is gorgeous. The owner is super sweet and very easy to get in touch with. She kept us informed as weather had closed some roads on arrival day. Grocery store close. Activities and fun things to do near. Nice and quite at night. House is gorgeous nice and big plenty of space for the large group we had. Everyone had an excellent time. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"

"First it’s a really nice place. Grass needing cutting when we arrived on Monday.Next day informed owner we we’re having a graduation cook out on Thursday anyway it could get completed by then (said on his list. He’s there everyday to feed a few animals.)A crew shows up at 8 am SATURDAY morning. Cute farmhouse needs a repair around sink in kitchen ( hoped to add pictures) Cleanliness was good with exception of few things,out-of-date pantry items, dirty ice bin,mice droppings kitchen...

"Property was off the beaten path. The seclusion was quite nice. No cellular signal made things a little difficult. The only real complaint i have is there was animal hair everywhere. It was in the fridge, freezer and on all the beds. We had to wash all the linen befor we could comfortably sleep on them. Also the garbage was full before we were able to toss our trash forcing us not comply with their trash policy. Overall it was a good experience."

"This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold. One of the windows is broken and has plastic with tape over it. There was at least four boxes of partially consumed breakfast cereal on top of the fridge and two partially eaten...

"We visited for a family getaway for the apple festival. Very nice and well kept place. Plenty of space and privacy for extended family or a group of friends. The upstairs bathroom is not built for tall people due to the age of the house. We only used the downstairs shower but this was perfectly fine for our family to only have 1 shower. location is awesome for being nearby things to do while also having some space/privacy. The hosts are friendly and always respond quickly to questions. Will...

"Gorgeous long range mountain views. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Bathroom was huge. Quiet serene place. Host was most accommodating, supplying everything i asked for. He responds promptly. Recommended an excellent tire repair shop when i needed one."

"This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"The perfect spot for our weekend golf trip with the boys. Plenty of games and entertainment for everyone to hangout and have fun. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We plan to come back next year."
