"The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

"Overall we liked the property and our stay. Our room was nicely appointed. We would stay again. Housekeeping was training new staff and there were a few minor hiccups but things were ultimately taken care of. The area is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the property. "

"As stated above and very much loved our suite..... decor, age of the buildings, grounds and staff. If were back in Charleston, we'll stay with you again"

"Check in was simple and easy, parking is in a lot half a block across the street. Room interior was as described, balcony was tiny, barely enough room for 2 people. Kitchen was very small with almost no counter space. Stove and oven was tricky to figure out as all the markings on the knobs have worn off. Property was ok, small basic pools indoor and out. Good place for 2-3 people max. Access to the beach was good. Overall I'd give it a low 4 overall."
