"We were a party of 8 ( 2small kids) the rooms were spacious and the living room even more. The jacuzzi on the front porch is different but it works if you just in it at night time. The back porch has super comfortable seating and it’s more privacy. Sitting outside though will make you hungry, due to there being a Mexican restaurant right there and the smells are amazing… and yes we had to try it now too …. Amazing Food. As to the sleeping arrangements, there were two queen Air Mattress to use,...

"This was our second stay at Kingsgate. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The security of the premises is much appreciated. And all of the activities available on site are a bonus."

"Was in town for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports complex. Ocean Key Resort is less than 2 miles from the complex. It's in a great location and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The resort itself was very clean with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again."

"The whole experience was fantastic. The pools were great and the beach right across the bike path. The room was tidy with dishes for four. The view from the bedroom window and balcony is flawless."

"This was the perfect place for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The unit was huge (it was actually two units with a connecting door) with two kitchens, three bedrooms, and multiple TVs. The recreation center and pool was great for the kids."

"Property was as described by the owner. Very clean and very thorough directions on how to check in. Made everything easier on us. We brought a bought and the owner made sure we had the paperwork beforehand so.our space at the boat dock was reserved. That fee is not included and a little pricey for one night but that was the resorts doing and not the property owner. The owner granted us early entry since we were in a fishing tournament which helped us out greatly."

"Loved that the rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially that they upgraded us to a two room suite from a one for our party of 3 so everyone got a comfy bed! Also, there was a nice unexpected sun room in addition to the living area. Staff were friendly, grounds were pretty, good eating options nearby, felt safe walking around at night, and special bonus, we were able to re charge our kia ev6 there overnight"

"The check-in is so easy. The room was very clean with plenty of storage. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. If you find you need anything, the 24/7 staff will get it for you. Already want to return."

"We had a great stay! They also had a cool feature that we could just text them when we needed something. They also had full size Shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower that smelled awesome! And lotion near the sink! Their elevators are a little slow, but that was the only pain we had. Thank you!"
