"The place isn't perfect, but it "is what it is" - meaning it's not a premium property and isn't priced that way. The wifi is unreliable, they could use some better pots n pans in the kitchen and the master shower leaks everywhere. BUT, the great room is great for a family with kids, the hot tub is awesome and the bedrooms were nice. Feel like we got exactly what we wanted, and what we paid for."
