The front desk service is excellent, as each employee is very kind, helpful, and give you complimentary chocolates upon arrival. There was a working elevator up to our floor, and with the windows closed, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city except for the occasional ambulance and frequent church bells. We only had one neighboring room slam their doors and talk in the hallway once...
