"Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. That being said everything else is perfect, and we are making this our go to hotel when we are in the area, I just booked another stay for 4 nights at the end of the month. "

"I like how it is close to the beach the hotel is and how they had towels and chairs we could use for the beach. The views from the room was excellent and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was a great treat. My family and I would def come back again. "
