The place is under construction so it looks awful. Wasnt advised of this when making reservations. No vending machines. TV didnt work and elevator didnt either. Was told the storm had just knocked them out. Beds were fairly comfortable and room was clean but theres no noise cancelling. Could hear people running up and down hallway all night. Overall, will not stay here again.

Many things unfinished and no signs of work being done. Under staffed. But nice and helpful. Towels and linens like new. Needed help with Tv to work. Pool green and nasty

The property was under construction. I think there was a family living in the hotel. And we were woken up at 530 with hollering and arguing slamming doors. We will not stay there again.

Dark hard water stains in the commode. Mildew above the and around the shower walls. Bed was comfortable, Staff was friendly and professional, though. Definitely worth a short one-night stay hotel only. Understand the property is going through renovations.

I have read mixed reviews about this property and the staff. This is a great example of being your own judge. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. Renovations occurring in and around the property would create some disturbance. Therefore, if you are a "BOOSHIE" and/or SELF-INDULGED person, this is not the hotel for you. I had one of the best nights of sleep in a quiet, clean room, and comfortable bed. I will definitely stay again.

Like others commenting, the address shown by Hotels.com/Expedia is wrong, resulting in confusion and delay. The correct address is: 12104 MS Hwy 182, 39759. This is actually on the other side of town from the address shown on the booking site. Good luck!

The Expedia web site gave us the wrong address. The loca phone number we were given by the message asking how we liked our check in was disconnected!!! We tried it to find the place. Finally, 30 minutes later we found it and there is poor lighting and nonexistent signage. Everybody staying there were the same construction guys that were remodeling the hotel! Breakfast was cold and small and cheap. Close it until the remodel is complete zero help to find provender different app. Tried calling number to get guidance and phone turned off, Now 9:00 O clock and scared I was scammed use other description to find hotel and get checky to find Hol with horrible to lighting and ZERO signage! Hotel under much needed renovation and will hold this app LIABLE FOR A HORRIBLE TRIP EXPERIENCE!!!!! LIEKLY WONT USE THIS "SERVICE" AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I arrived with my reservation email in hand, the desk attendant said she did not have my reservation in the computer and they had no rooms. I called Expedia and their representative tried to talk to her and she hung up on them. She was very rude and offered no help or even an apology. I have stayed here several times in the past, but will not again.

The staff made me feel I incovienced them for checking in. The sheets on the bed was stained and dirty and then I found bug in the bed . Roaches not bed bugs . Do not stay here .

Very convenient and inexpensive motel quite close to Mississippi State University. Basic amenities including continental breakfast. Rooms were clean but electrical items in need of repair. Plenty of hot water, comfortable, clean rooms and nice view of open agricultural fields. Safe surroundings and decent proximity to downtown Starkville. We had very nice adjoining rooms.
