The first guy I talked to on the phone about a shuttle was pretty rude. When I got there and checked into my room it was filthy and roach infested. I was absolutely appalled considering how high the ratings were. The linen was dirty the walls were covered in gunk. Just not clean at all. I really appreciated the kindness of the night manager Glenda she was very kind and helpful with the situation all things considered.

The staff here is beyond amazing !! They called to verify my reservation and were able to easily address any questions I had. We were warmly greeted on arrival and they quickly finished our check in and issuing keys. And once we were settled in our room, they even called the room to ensure we were happy with the room and to be he know we needed anything! The staff definitely makes this a wonderful place to stay!!

I booked my stay here through Expedia because I had points and received a discount for the night. However, I was charged TWICE! Expedia charged me when I booked, and then the hotel charged me as well when I arrived but never supplied me with a receipt. When I checked in they asked for a card number to have on file incase of damages, so I provided one. If I had known they would charge again, I most certainly would not have provided it. They are now saying they didn’t charge me, but I have bank records that show otherwise. I’m in the area twice a month, but will never book with this hotel again!
