"Really good hotel for the area. Price was good and room was neat and clean. We had an issue with our room keys not working after the first day of our two day stay, but the front desk staff corrected the problem right away. We had a seperate bedroom from the living space. Only complaint was that there was only one AC unit in the living space, but not in the bedroom. There was a fan built into the wall to help circulate the air, but this didn't really do much even on high. Other than that no...

"This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. "

"Alot of "congregating" outside of the hotel. But, it is in a great location, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are reasonable. "

"The staff were very helpful when they were at the check-in desk, however, it seemed like the receptionist was having to do double duty for check ins and housekeeper. Also my key quit working before my check out time and I was trying to get rechecked in so was inconvenient. Otherwise enjoyed my stay."
