"Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Two excellent employees, waiter, Luke, attentive and took care of what could have been a real problem with under cooked chicken he and management made it right. Also the Bartender Alex ( Female) who was at the pool one day and in Mr Toads another day, excellent customer service skills, made us feel at home. I will say the prices are high compared to surrounding restaurants and food quality is better elsewhere as well. But the drinks by Alex (female) was the best...

"The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office.
