The hotel is emaculate and the facilities like the thermal pool and spa are just so relaxing you could not wish for a better experience. "Beautiful peaceful property on the outskirts of town. You can also use the facilities of the larger hotel below the boutique hotel including their private beach. Location is off the beaten path so having a car would be useful for sightseeing. The staff is unbelievably helpful and willing to work with Google translate if you are English speaking. Hazel really helped us and kept smiling and being kind despite our dumb questions. Pictures are very accurate and pool area is a true oasis."

"The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table. "

"The hotel is in a great location with amazing views of Bursa city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained and spotless. Our suite was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite included two bathrooms and a private sitting area with balconies. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was very reasonably priced and offered a true 5-star experience."
