Beautiful architecture inside and out with lots of different activities to do while on campus. Staff were really helpful and there was plenty of food and drink, both at a very high standard. This was the first time I have experienced having a free mini bar which was replenished daily. The only thing I would say that could do with being improved is breakfast/Dinner in the main restaurant (didn’t have lunch in there so cannot comment). If you don’t go to this location early you are likely to miss out on some food items or end up with warm/cold items as once the food is cooked and served it doesn’t stay hot where it is left. If you arrive late for breakfast half of the items that would be available in the main food hall aren’t once the area has been condensed. You’ll only receive what I would say would be popular items eg fried eggs, pancakes and frankfurters. But do not let the above put you off staying at this hotel as when the food is hot it is delicious but you may just have to time when you go to eat. We had lunch at the same restaurant everyday (unfortunately I cannot remember the name of it) located right near the beach it has a good variety of foods that will keep you and the family going until dinner time the added bonus of grabbing an ice cream/slushie for you/kids afterwards from the bar located opposite. Very good value for money for what you get and the services provided.

Definitely I will be back here, it is very hard to reach excellence. Yet, this facility deserves it. Very friendly staf, beautiful location on the beach. You will never be bored as your day is super full of activities. Highly appreciated 👏

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at IC Residency! Our choice of a beach villa was perfect – it was well-maintained, beautiful, and had a private pool. The villa also came with a dedicated cabana at the beach, which was a great perk. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Both the restaurant staff and the cabana staff at the beach went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were impressed by the food options as well. Everyone at the resort truly seemed dedicated to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Based on this fantastic experience, I would highly recommend IC Residency to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Property was very good for families, the grounds were beautiful and kept well, we had a wonderful time, lots to do for kids! Only downside was some of the staff got things muddled up and had made it seem as if we were lying about restaurant bookings. The booking system for the a la carte restaurants was not so great, only worked at a certain time if that, and it always said fully booked. The food at the main restaurant seemed to be similar for each night we stayed there which was a bit boring. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.
