I feel the price you pay you should not have to fight to take a shower in the morning. Shower was a handicap shower and there would be no way a handicap person could get the shower to work. Was told next time you just need to call the front desk and have someone come down to room. "

"The room was dirty. When i got in the shower i thought i was going to fall through the bottom.i lifted the mat and the bottom of the shower was broken and they put some kind of glue to keep it together it was covered in what looked like black mold. "
