Always checking if we wanted things during our stay coffee Quiche or a cocktail to name a few.The hotel is 100 years old which brings on its charm"

"We stayed one night at the Simpson House. Beautiful property and in the perfect Santa Barbara location just blocks off the promenade. The service was great. Loved the afternoon snacks. We stayed in the garden room and it was nice, although bathroom is outdated and bed was not very comfortable. My biggest complaint was the breakfast- coffee was bad and my scrambled eggs were really bad. Definitely expected better food for a 5 star place (and for the price we paid). "Great communication from the innkeeper and they did a great job meeting our needs for a late check in and early check out! Only minor issue was a powerful motion-activated light in the parking lot and some room noise from the neighboring room that woke us up briefly, but all in all was a great option and we'll be back! p.s. the Easter decorations were really impressive!"

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
