"Very clean. Great kitchen. Comfortable. Hot/cold water wasn’t working properly. Air conditioning fans were noisy below my floor outside. Occasional smoking smell infiltrated. Good breakfast. Convenient location for my purposes."

"We loved the hotel for its proximity to everything we wanted to get to and the staff was very helpful with information or hailing cabs. The elevator situation was a pain unless you knew to use the service elevators and then it was a non-issue. "

"Very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet considering you're next to Times Square.
Coffee bar should stay open all day - we could not get a coffee at 2pm which was strange. Bar prices could be lower for hotel guests."
