"It was an ok stay. The property itself was in need of a good deep cleaning, the outside area was a bit unkept. Overall it was an ok stay. The breakfast was good. I did not have much interaction with staff, so a bit hard to rate them."

"We were inform through Expedia that free breakfast was included. But that was not true. Mr. Devit charged me for parking when others got parking included. Other than that it was a good stay."

Needs improvement on : - staffing , only two concierge when we arrived waited maybe 25min in line after driving 9 hrs. - waiting literally 10/15min for the elevator only 3 out of like 6 working - Had a great ocean view except we could not see much due to filthy window - coffee machine was broken - no access to a...

"The 16th floor had people arguing in their rooms and down the hallway till into the early morning hours. Not acceptable. Management needs to figure out a buffing system for noice. Ignorant, rude people will continue to be a problem. "
