"This is a family run business, and nothing was too much trouble. The reception was excellent, as was the bar and dining room. A really lovely home from home atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I did have my car broken into whilst I was staying, that was nothing to do with the hotel, but just remember to remove all items of any value before you park up for the night. The hotel management could not apologise enough, but as I say it wasn't their fault."

"Very Charming Inn close to heathrow...We had a large family room for 3 adults and it was perfect...Price was very resonable...lovely evening meal and breakfast enjoyed by all of us...Staff were very friendly and we will have no hesitation in booking this accomodation in the future"

"It was adequate without being exceptional. I was expecting a bit more from Holiday Inn group! Staff were good ,friendly and helpful ! Room facilities were a bit dated- no USB charging points, tired A/C, carpets and fittings. Car parking was useful"

"Beautiful old hotel. Stunning grounds, which were very well kept. Staff in restaurants and reception extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the furniture in the bedroom needed a bit of tlc. I found rubbish in my bedroom from the previous occupant and quite a lot of dust. There was water on the first night, we stayed 5, despite requesting twice it never got replaced. The only toiletry was hand soap which was also to be used as body wash and shampoo....

"Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines."
