"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. "It was adequate without being exceptional. I was expecting a bit more from Holiday Inn group! Staff were good ,friendly and helpful ! Room facilities were a bit dated- no USB charging points, tired A/C, carpets and fittings. Car parking was useful"

"Beautiful old hotel. Stunning grounds, which were very well kept. Staff in restaurants and reception extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the furniture in the bedroom needed a bit of tlc. I found rubbish in my bedroom from the previous occupant and quite a lot of dust. There was water on the first night, we stayed 5, despite requesting twice it never got replaced. The only toiletry was hand soap which was also to be used as body wash and shampoo....
