"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything."

Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. "This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs."

"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."
