Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. "The Antico Torre is a 16th century hotel, and has been kept in this style to fit into historic Siena. The room was comfortable, and there was lots of hot water. The view from our room was lovely over the rooftops, and ir was quiet bearing in mind the central location. Breakfast was acceptable although there wasn't a lot of choice, when compared to the other small hotels we had stayed in Tuscany. However bearing in mind the available space in the basement, they had done the best they could....
