"About 10 minutes to the city gate, this is a great place to stay outside Siena. Serene and clean.There is breakfast and plenty of parking in the back. There is also a grocery store called Penny within a few minutes' drive. "

"This is truly a boutique style hotel. We got very lucky to have booked this. Location was in central Siena which was a huge bonus. The rooms were stunning with hundreds of year old frescoes on the ceiling. The interior was furnished beautifully, the mattress was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was obvious. He also reserved a taxi for us to the train station (a nine minute ride). We are a family of four and the suite was perfect for us! "

"The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. "Nice, clean room with updated features. The shower is small with just a curtain and the sink was draining slow. But a nice place of overnight, especially for the price. WARNING: there are limited hours when you can get in so make sure you check on when someone is there to provide access."

"Room was exactly as described. The view was breathe-taking. Too narrow a window for check-in (2-4)pm, especially when arriving by train and trying to find the ever elusive taxis in Siena. There are 3 flights of stairs to handle and no elevator, but this is typical for older hotels in Italy. WiFi would have been nice."

"We stayed there at a cold (0 degrees C) winter day. The room was quite cold, the heating was off during most of the day and night and we barely slept. When we pointed this out to the receptionist/owner, he responded in a very rude way and insulted us. The breakfast was quite bad as well with stale bread and croissants."
