"It was a good stay Though at the check in , I didn’t get the room I reserved and I was trapped in the ey. The elevator problem was quickly solved. And I was offered a good discount for the room issue."

"The hotel, with the beautiful courtyard, is very elegant and old world style. Great area for eating and shopping. Staff was very good. Room was big, nice. Great A/C. Breakfast was very good. Only thing that was bad was the Internet. Dropped off constantly. Very frustrating."

"Beautiful grounds unlike any other. Renovated room was extremely spacious and perfect for our stay. Not sure if all the rooms are renovated but the room we received was even better than expected. Shuttle bus is also very convenient"

"The property is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It was beautiful all around and there are many paved paths to walk around the whole property. The staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The quality of the prepared food wasn't good in my opinion, but I think that may be because I'm American and have different taste in food. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and clean, loved the included mini-bar and provided 3 bottled waters daily. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will likely return!"
