"Staff was great. We arrived early, room not ready, gave us there number to call back way before the normal check in time, and it was ready for us. Very pleasant experience with the staff!!!!"

"The room was fine. They appeared to be updating the hallways but did not seem to make much progress while we were there. The Pret A Manger right outside was great, as well as access to transportation."

"We stayed in this hotel for only one day. There are two undergraduate stations within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located close to Times river, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, and Sky Garden. Our hotel room is a bit small but very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. We purchased the breakfast and the food was very good. My wife left her ipad in the hotel room and we found it after we landed in Singapore a day after. We used apple "find" app to locate and lock the ipad from Singapore. We then sent the hotel an email on this. The hotel staff responded to us and informed us that their staff did allocate the ipad. We are looking forward to getting it when we return to London tomorrow. Overall we are very happy of our choice of this hotel and highly recommend it. "
