"Staff was friendly and place was nice and clean and quiet. We had a very good experience. Also they include breakfast and they only charged me $15 for each of my two dogs. Because they didn’t have a single bed room available, they gave me a double bed bedroom for the same price, so the dogs ended up having their own bed which it was nice. The room was big and clean."

This was perfect location for a weekend visit with our Airman staying at Sheppard AFB, only five minutes to the base. The property was clean, comfortable, and most importantly it was in a safe environment. Thanks again."

"It's not a bad hotel, the rooms are just a little dated- the hotel is older. For a quick one night stay, its great and one of the only hotels I found that accommodate dogs over 25 lbs. "

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. It was stocked with snacks and basic groceries, and extra toiletries in case you forget something. They even have a small collection of toys that my kids loved to play with on every stay. Sherry and Mike work on site and are extremely responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. We have stayed at almost every listing in Wichita Falls while on work assignments, and this one was by far the best. Especially if you are traveling with dogs. They have an amazing dog run attached to the back that is totally secure from predators or for escape artists, and gave me piece of mind that my dogs (and kids) were safe. It’s located very near the Air Force base and was easily accessible to the other side of town and definitely worth the extra 5 minutes of driving. If you stay in the winter, the radiant heat floors and huge spa tub will keep you nice and cozy, and the beds are soft and comfortable. I’m genuinely going to miss staying here!"
