“Esta es mi primera vez en Riu Vallarta. La verdad quedé impresionada por el buen servicio que ofrecen. Los meseros son muy amables. Pudimos comer en todos los restaurantes sin ningún problema. Solo que para el Steak House restaurante tienes que estar antes de que abran porque ese si se llena. La playa está limpia y tranquila. Hay bastantes sillas alrededor de las albercas y en la playa. ”

“This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Many times repeat guest at Palladium. Low season so hotel was full of locals on 3-4 day trips. Large family groups who tolerated us but are not generally friendly or communicative and squeeze you out of your space if you don’t stand your ground. Beaches are Federally owned so not unusual to find locals walking onto supposed hotel beach front. All that said we keep coming back and have stayed in Family Selection area the last few visits where you are better cared for and have better……

“Magnifica infraestructura, excelentes espacios, muy buenas albercas y excelente ingreso a la playa. Habitaciones cómodas. Sin embargo, el jacuzzi del balcón estaba sucio, daba asco bañarse en él. Servicio de meseros, muy bueno. Pesima organizacion de eventos. Los horarios de servicio se cumplen de manera exagerada, ni un minuto antes, pero si se cierran antes de tiempo (voleyboll, dardos, etc)”

“Eh ido a este hotel 4 ó 5 veces, y es la primer vez que me siento un poco decepcionada, ya que no cambiaron las toallas de mi habitación todos los días, y tampoco las dejaban completas. Además a la hora de salir, estaban dando mantenimiento a la puerta del estacionamiento, y nonme permitian salir, tuve que esperar demasiado, deberían considerar una puerta alterna o avisar a los huéspedes que saldrán ese día, para tomar precauciones. Comida rica y variada. Instalaciones cómodas. En general……

“Small hotel with lovely pool surrounded by beautiful vegetation . Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a limited menu but it was good. Lots of restaurants an easy walk away but some very expensive. Rooms very clean. King sized bed really comfy. No bedside lamps only overhead one. Kitchen needed basics like salt and pepper. Large knife blunt so couldn’t cut up our fruit and bread. Also wanted to clean up but no cloths or towel to dry hands. No idea how to work TV. Hand soap in……

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……
