“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……

“Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking.”

“Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return.”

“The location was phenomenal. Right on the beach, walking distance to anything needed, restaurants, convenient stores, beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living. Only thing is because it doesn’t close off and quiet time is 11pm we all would head to bed at that time. So if you like to stay up later and hang out it might not be the optimal choice.”

“Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Our daughter arranged a special celebration dinner with the staff - they even decorated! Most of us are into yoga and the rooftop space in early morning was perfect (we had 2 different yoga people……

“This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. The rental itself is laid out as 3 separate rooms that essentially function as separate units with……

“The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place.”

“This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further……
