"Overall this is a great property. Newly built and well located. Getting dropped off Or getting a taxi can be tricky. When we arrived there was a major traffic cluster because the drive was blocked by a parked car with no owner in sight. The hotel should have been on top of this and helping. "

The front desk was super helpful, Valentina was absolutely amazing and from the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of, her energy and vibe was refreshing and she was friendly 10/10 for her!"

"The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "
