"We booked this group stay well in advance. Both Jacopo and Alice followed up with responses rapidly to questions. They even began a group chat via Whatsapp. All prearranged meals and requests were met. Alice created us at the Villa upon arrival. She welcomed us then gave us a tour and instructions about the property. She provided us with information about local grocers and markets, restaurant suggestions, as well as, nearby towns/wineries to visit. She even arranged a last minute wine tour/tasting. The Villa was clean with and modern amenities. It's a beautiful property and exceeded our expectations. There were ten guest in our group and there was far more space than we could occupy. There was ample parking for vehicles. The grounds are well maintained and pool was very clean. Over all we just couldn't have asked for a better location, Villa or experience. Towns like Montepulciano, Pienza, and Siena are all within driving distance. Thank you Jacopo and Alice for providing us with a fantastic 60th Birthday experience."

"Stunning location, beautiful property and surroundings. Our party of 26 extended family members, aged 5 to 82 loved everything about our stay and didn't want to leave! The montepulciano wine tour was a highlight; Fausto's pizzas were delicious. Alice was amazing from first contact in December to the end of our stay; she was so helpful in the planning and delivery of all our requests and was always available to address any queries or problems that arose. "Three generations of our family spent two weeks at this beautiful villa, and it was a very special vacation. The villa, grounds and pool are maintained in perfect condition - just the right combination of old-world charm with modern conveniences. The kids loved the pool, and the adults very much enjoyed the cocktail hour in the beautiful grounds by the pool at the end of the day. We love to cook, as a family, and found everything we needed to prepare meals in the huge kitchen. We also had several dinners prepared by the staff - the welcome and traditional Tuscan dinners were delicious, the food plentiful - more than enough for some big appetites. But the highlight of our time at the villa was the daily breakfast prepared by Alice - a large selection of breakfast foods and several daily surprise specials at a very reasonable price. As good as the food was, the real treat was spending time with Alice every morning - a fascinating person who served as our unofficial tour guide, concierge, resident expert in all things Italian - providing valuable tips on each day’s planned excursions. She even helped direct one of our group to the villa on the phone - please heed her advice to use Google maps for driving directions - car GPS and Apple maps were not as accurate. Alice arranged a winery tour and lunch in Montepulciano and it is not to be missed - a memorable day. You will not be disappointed in any way by staying at this villa - enjoy - and give Alice our best."
