This is not bare bones at all, which is more of what I've experienced so it was such a great surprise! We had tons of kids in all ranges and they had so much fun and kept busy. It was conveniently located between all our favorite places to visit (13 minutes to Pioneer Park, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 30 to Kolob Canyon part fo Zion, 45 minutes to Zion). Really appreciated the spacious common areas and parking for multiple vehicles and gathering after a day of exploring all the natural beauty. ~35 mins to Zion and ~20 mins to St. George provided great access to attractions and amenities. "The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."
