"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

"The Hacienda is fantastic! Upon entry it is like entering a dream - everything looks and is inviting and brilliantly clean! Being met at the door and helped by the staff was nothing short of outstanding! The food, service, help, care and kindness given by the staff was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars! Bucerias is not the prettiest location but it is safe, nice restaurants nearby and the beach extremely close… the beach is huge, the waves or current too strong (in April) for young children...

"Our stay at Casa Uno Mas was as perfect as it gets! We planned a last minute get away and this trip turned out to be one of the best trip we had to Punta Mita! Starting from the service, food quality, and hospitality that this villa offered was top notch! We will definitely come back to this perfect oasis!"

"The place was as described. The property is very pretty. Not really any activities going on so if that is what you are looking for it might not be the place. If you are looking for rest and relaxation it is the place for you. (Very quiet)"

"Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience!"

"House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure."

"Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. Stunning view. Loved our stay."

"The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. Wonderful hosts were available in person or by text whenever we had questions. José’s little chihuahua pup made my wife’s day whenever he was by. Very friendly. Our arrival was late afternoon but Jose went over and above to stock the fridge with the shopping list we provided. The pool was the centrepiece for us. It a very private, was crystal clear...

"Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles."

"We had an absolutely amazing time here. The other reviews about noise are accurate, but for us it was the perfect venue. We were there to celebrate, stay up late and sleep in and this place is awesome for that. The views from the top deck bar are gorgeous, we had two incredible sunsets. The staff especially Rigoberto are incredibly helpful, friendly and really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. "Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids.
