"Best hotel I’ve stayed at on the ocean! We had room 311 looking right out at the ocean. We really enjoyed playing chess on the balcony! The restaurant was amazing and had great service! Ocean wasn’t swimmable because of a sewage spill but it didn’t take away from the amazing atmosphere of the hotel. The roof top open bar was very enjoyable as well! Would highly recommend and will be staying at again!"

"Comfortable, clean room. Windows sorely needed cleaning. Dated carpets, drapes and furnishings in line with age of motel. Early morning traffic onto the navy base (5:30/6:30 A.M. mildly intrusive. Adequate breakfast, though food choices were repetitive. Staff unobtrusive, but responded promptly and efficiently to any requests. Room rates were commensurately more reasonable than the average costs on Coronado Island and this more than compensated for the shortcomings of the motel."

"From the second I walked in and was greeted by Eric after a long drive, the day turned beautiful! I felt at home. Across the street from the most beautiful beach, all the bars and restaurants you can possibly imagine, and the jacuzzi on the third floor overlooking the Coronado beach is a huge plus to your stay!
