"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

This was one of the best Vrbo rentals our group has stayed at, it had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"Property was described perfectly. Clean and nicely set up. Location was great for us with a cool view of the ocean. Parking was great, I have a truck and am always worried about parking it along the coastal communities. Quiet neighborhood and easily access for cycling route."

"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."

"The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!"

"The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!"

"We love SoCal after living there for a bit. Was so fun to return and be close to all our favorite things. The place was perfect for our family of four and really close walk to the beach, San Clemente trail, and the pier. The property management was very responsive, we had the coffee maker fail and they had a new one there by the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. But if you're fit, or trying to be, you will get good...

"Great area, and many places within walking distance. Condo was nice and owner was super responsive. Sweet little patio below the condo. If you have a car low to the ground, just be cautious pulling in the driveway, have to turn at an angle so not to scrape the bottom but it’s doable. Shared laundry room with other residents which I didn’t realize but it worked out as well. We would certainly stay here again."
