"Wonderful neighborhood close to 24th and transportation. Had everything. Closet space is a bit awkward - they could move some stuff to supply closet. But perfect for 1-2 people. Loved the view to the garden. Chickens are quiet. Enjoyable stay. WIsh I could have stayed longer!"

"The house is beautiful and very comfortable but there is an apartment on the first floor of the house and you can hear a lot from the bedrooms. First night wasn't so bad but second night we couldn't get to sleep. The location was great - right by a restaurant, a beach entrance and nice walking paths, and centrally located along highway 1 to get to other spots."

"I stayed here with my husband and teenage children over the Easter weekend. This was a fantastic house in a great location. This house was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had everything you could need for meal preparation. Other must have items (such as dish soap, paper towels and coffee filters) were also provided which helped us settle right in. Convenient access to highways to drive north to the Napa valley or south to Big Sur without the San Francisco city...

"My relatives came to town for my son's wedding, they stayed at the property for 7 days. First of all, the place was very clean, and kitchen has all the stuff we needed. Second, the location is great, it's close to freeways, and short drive to most of the major attractions. And last, but not the least, Chris was a great owner. He respond to our question/request promptly, and was very flexible with our earlier check-in. We definitely will rent again!"

The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways.
