"Great location, very near to the Salzburg center, great staff, at the reception and in the restaurant, sorry dont remember their names. the girl at the reception was very forthcoming with eating out options and suggestions for visiting different places , truly recommended "
"We loved this hotel, it was a 9 minute walk from the main train station (and the 840 bus that runs to the Salt Mine, Berchtesgaden and the Konigsee boat excursions). It is also right down the street from Mirabell Palace and all the excursions that run from there. The room was super quiet on the back side of the hotel and it was spacious. Double sinks in the bathroom and a separate WC. We didn't eat at the roof deck restaurant, but had drinks up there admiring the view over the city. Also loved...
"The staff was amazing and helpful. We were late for an excursion due to heavy delays coming from Prague and the women at the front desk called for us. Elevator was broken while we were there but fixed luckily before we had to check out. Rooms a bit dated. Shower tiny even for European standards. Great location for walking around Salzburg and getting to popular spots. "

"We loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and rooms comfortable. We especially appreciated the very comfortable lounge and bar area which felt cosy and personal. The location was good too, just a 10 min walk to the river and the old town, and with the Mirabel Palace just round the corner. "

Also loved the pool and sauna complex next street over. One note: plenty or restaurants nearby, but most close their kitchens around 9:30. Would definitely stay here again."
